Roughly 1100W of heat comes form four infrared lamps (2x275W), and teh IPX2 rating means it’s safe for bathroom humidity but not for direct spray—so it’s not suited for wet-room showers or commerical steam rooms, basically just standard domestic use.
it have an 8W LED center light at 4200K (neutral white) that’s decent for a 4-5 square meter space, but buyers usually swap included wall switch for a timer unit if they want auto-off after 20 minutes or so.
You'll need at least 250mm of clearance above the ceiling for the unit to fit properly. That's the minimum cavity depth required for the 180mm tall housing.
Yes, it includes a 3-meter length of 120mm flexible ducting right in the box. So you don't need to buy that separately for a standard install.
It carries both EMC and SAA certifications, which cover electrical safety and electromagnetic compliance for the Australian market. So it's fully approved for use here.
