Actually runs pretty clean through standdard HPLC protocols—we've seen consistent 99% or better on the batch records, and the mass spec data lines up with the 4813 molecular weight every time, which is reassuring when you're trying to pin down GLP-1 and GIP dual agonism in your assays, but you should definately keep it at -20°C away from light, or it'll degrade faster than you'd think, and we usually have stock on the 10mg vials, though custom configurations (5mg or 15mg) might take 20 days or so for lead time.
Most buyers go with the 10mg per vial format for dose-response work, it's pretty much sweet spot for typical protocols, and we ship ten vials to a box with the —just check teh COA for your batch because the HPLC purity varies a bit, but typically it's around 99.3% or so, and the EC number (200-001-8) is on the SDS if you need it for compliance.
For research only—so don't even think about anything else—and the powder can be a little tricky to reconstitute if you're not careful with solvent volume, since 10mg is a smaller mass than some suppliers list, but anyway the 5mg vial option is actually easier to handle for smaller-scale work.
It doesn't work well for oral dosing, obviously, and we don't recommend it in anything other than sterile saline for injection, but we've noticed that keeping it at -20°C and away from light is more critical for this peptide than for others, possibly because of that massive molecular weight—4813 g/mol is no joke—so store it right or you'll lose potency in a month or so.
