Basically a dual agonist hitting both GIP and GLP-1 receptors, this one’s getting a lot of attention in metabolic research for its effects on glucose control and weight management — molecular weight comes in at 4813.45 g/mol and you’re looking at 99% purity by HPLC.
Most buyers we deal with are running in vivo studies, usually at doses in teh 5-10 nM range depending on their protocol, and it’s soluble in DMSO which is pretty standdard for reconstitution before injection work.
It’s not ideal for cell-based assays where you need absolute solubility in aqueous buffers — DMSO works fine but you’ll want to keep final concentrations low to avoid toxicity.
We ship it as a white powder in vacuum-sealed vials, and storage is critical at -20°C, so plan for that (usually 20 units or so per order to keep things manageable).
