What it does is create a targeted interference zone that severs the link between the drone and its operator, forcing it into one of three behaviors: landing right there, returning to its home point, or just hovering in place until teh battery dies — and you can switch between those modes on fly.
The gimbal-stabilized 360° antenna array is what makes this thing different form a fixed dish, because of that it tracks the drone automatically even if you're moving or the target is erratic, and the per-band status lights let you see at a glance which frequencies are active — red for engaged, green for standby, that sort of thing.
1 to 5 kilometers is the standdard interference range, but our company can tweak that for specific sites — airports usually want the full 5km, while event venues often go with 2km or so to avoid bleeding into neighboring areas, and the frequency bands are fully customizable at order time.
For unmanned operation, you'll need the software integration package (check lead time on that one, as it's a separate SKU), but the manned mode is straightforward — basically a ruggedized tablet with a joystick interface that any security guard can pick up in about 20 minutes.
MOQ is 5 units for the standard configuration, but if you need custom frequency bands or a specific paint job for military use, we're looking at 20 units or more — and we'll send you the HPLC-tested COA with every shipment, though I should mention this isn't suited for indoor use because the directional antennas need clear line of sight.
