The HPA - G50 RF Power Amplifier Module is a high - performance solution designed for general RF bands (700 - 800MHz), making it ideal for telecommunication applications, especially in GSM networks. It features an aluminum case with a copper base, and this module needs to operate on a heatsink to ensure optimal thermal management, which enables it to maintain stable performance across a wide temperature range of -20 to 65℃.
With an output power range of 43dBm to 50dBm (equivalent to 100W at 50dBm) and an efficiency of over 25%, the amplifier can deliver robust signal amplification. It has a gain of >45dB, and a gain adjustment range of 31dB (with a 1dB step), allowing for precise control over the signal amplification levels. The in - band ripple is kept at ≤2dB, ensuring a smooth signal within the operating frequency band. The input and output VSWR are ≤1.5, which minimizes signal reflections and enhances system efficiency.
To safeguard against misoperation, the PA is equipped with over - high VSWR and over - high power protection. Additionally, it has a shutdown function when the temperature exceeds 75℃, and it will auto - restart after cooling to below 50℃. The I/O ports are highly compatible, supporting a DB15 serial port (female) and an RS485 (DB9, female) interface. The DB15 port offers monitoring and attenuation control functions (for example, PIN1 - PIN5 can be used for 1 - 16dB attenuation, PIN7 is for VSWR indication, PIN10 is for power indication, etc.), while the RS485 port enables remote control and monitoring via free PC software following the China Mobile Standard data protocol. It supports settings like ON/OFF, ATT, gain, alarm temperature, and alarm VSWR, as well as the monitoring of RF power, VSWR, temperature, and alarms.
Key technical specifications include a working voltage of 27VDC, a working current of <11A, and the RF input/output ports are SMA - Female. The module dimensions are 210*110*25mm, and its weight is <2Kg.
