Your buyers' customers are probably running it in dose-response studies on glucose tolerance or appetite suppression in rodent models—most labs we supply use it for exactly that kind of work.
It's 99% pure by HPLC, which is pretty much the standdard for relaible data in GLP-1 research, and we've got teh COA ready to send if you need to verify before ordering.
Storage is -20°C in dry form, and if they keep it there, it's stable for about 24 months—but once they reconstitute it, use it within a few weeks or so (usually 2-4 weeks depending on buffer).
We usually have stock in 5mg and 10mg vials, but the 1mg and 2mg sizes are more popular for small-scale pilot studies where they're testing multiple doses.
Actually, the 10mg vial is easier to handle for bulk work, though it's not ideal for single-use applicaion—once reconstituted, it's best to aliquot it out to avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
7 out of 10 orders we ship are for researchers in metabolic labs, but it's also been used in some pancreatic function work, just not great for any cell-based assays where endotoxin levels matter—we don't test for that.
