We've been running these batches through HPLC and mass spec before they even hit teh packing station, and the purity consistently lands above 99% — usually around 99.3% or so on recent lots, which is tighter than most reagent-grade peptides you'll find.
Each vial ships with its own COA that covers the full panel, including residual solvents and endotoxin levels, and we'll retest any unopened unit within 30 days if you're not satisfied with the data.
It's a lyophilized powder, white and fluffy, and you'll want to store it at -20°C form the moment it arrives — basically, don't let it sit at room temp for more than a few hours, or you'll degrade the peptide.
Honestly, this isn't best fit if you're looking for something soluble in water or saline for quick reconstitution, since it's formulated for DMSO, and that limits your buffer options for certain protocols.
For the typical buyer running in vivo studies, the 5mg or 10mg vials are what we move most, and we usually have stock ready to go, but check lead time if you need more than 50 units at once.
