We got your RFQ, and I can tell you right off the bat that the batch we’re shipping now tested at 99.2% by HPLC — that’s a hair over spec, but we don’t ship anything below 99% no matter what. The molecular formula is C223H343F3N46O70, and the CAS is 2381089-83-2, which you’ll want to double-check if you’ve got a different number in your system. Most buyers go with the 10mg vials, but our company offer 2mg and 5mg as well, and each one comes with its own individual COA.
What it does is give you a consistent reference point for your assays — we run the same HPLC method every time, and we’ve got the batch records from the last three years showing stability. You won’t see lot-to-lot variation like you get from some smaller labs; we hold a 500-unit or so stock of current batch, so if you order within 20 days or so, it’s all from the same parent lot. And we do have a retest policy — if something looks off on your end, send us a note within 30 days, and we’ll walk through the data together.
Storage is straightforward, but it’s the most common mistake — keep it at -20°C for long term, and if you’re using it within a month, 0-4°C is fine. The shelf life is over two years when stored properly, but we usually recommend ordering enough for 6-9 months to keep things fresh. One thing buyers don’t always think to ask: the lyophilized powder is hygroscopic, so let the vial come to room temperture before opening — condensation kills activity.
Actually, a few folks have asked whether this works for anything besides metabolic research — no, it’s a GLP-1 receptor agonist, so it’s not suited for studies outside that pathway. Teh purity standard is tighter than most generic peptides you’ll see, and we back it with a full certifcate of analysis including the HPLC trace and mass spec data. And if you need an SDS or TDS sheet, we’ve got those on file.
We usually have stock ready to go, but confirm lead time for orders over 50 vials — sometimes we need a day or two to pull from the bulk freezer. Packaing is standard sterile vials with rubber stoppers and flip-off seals, but our company can add a desiccant if you request it. Anyway, just let us know the quantity and vial size, and we’ll send a pro forma invoice with payment terms.
