It's got a 750W motor which pulls harder than you'd expect at that rating, and teh no-load speed is set at 700rpm with 3200bpm impact frequency so it hammers smooth without bouncing around your hands. What it does is combine rotary drilling with a straight demolition mode — flick switch and you're basically using it as a mini breaker for chipping tile or chasing slots. The safety release clutch mechanism kicks in if you bind up in rebar, so you don't snap your wrists.
