We had to keep stopping mid-drill to let the battery recharge on the old unit, and that was killing our pace on a big slab — this one cuts way down on downtime with two 4Ah batteries in the box, so you swap and keep going. 2.5J impact energy and 0-3300rpm impact frequency handle reinforced concrete better than what we were using, which was basically a 1.5J unit that bogged down on any rebar hit. It weighs about 5kg, so it's not light but you can feel it's built solid — the 26mm max drilling capacity is enough for anchor holes most days. We've had corded units that worked fine on overhead work but this cordless situation means no tangling when you're on a ladder or up on scaffolding. Actually the variable-speed trigger helps a lot at startup, takes a sec to get the feel for the pressrue, then you're done fast. CAS or mol weight isn't relevant here — we're ordering tooling, not compounds, so check dimnesions at 42×11.5×33.5cm fit the storage racks. For back-to-back drilling on concrete walls in a construction framing scenario, this beats teh 1.5j units we tried for speed — but it's not meant for thin drywall or finishing work, where you'd want a lower impact setting or a separate driver, we have a TDS showing charging temperture range of 10-40°C, fine for most jobsites but a bit tight if you're working in winter temps below that. Lead time is usually short form stock but I'd confirm for the dual-battery variant we're getting, maybe 2-3 weeks if orders spike (check with the rep). So anyway, MOQ is one unit for a trial run, COAs aren't the point here but our company can get full specs on the charger controller if QC needs it.
It can drill up to 26mm in concrete, thanks to the 2.5J impact energy and variable speed control.
Our standard MOQ is 50 units, but we can discuss smaller trial orders if you're just starting out.
We provide CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications, plus a full test report for the battery and charger.
With the included charger, each 4Ah battery takes about 2 hours to charge from empty.
It supports a flat drill function, but it's mainly a hammer drill for drilling into concrete, brick, and stone, not a dedicated chiseling tool.
