We had a contractor last month who needed something for demo work in tight crawl spaces, and what they really appreciated was how this saw handles plunge cuts into drywall and old plumbing without binding up, which is pretty much the scenario this was designed for.
It's got variable speed control form 0-1400rpm and impact rate hits up to 5600ipm, and the 3.5J impact energy means you're not fighting through nails or rebar, though the 26mm drilling diameter is really only relevant for specific hole- attachments rather than the blade itself—most buyers go with teh 3.0Ah battery option for longer runtime.
You'll find it works well for pruning branches up to roughly 100mm in diameter (the flat drill function is a nice touch for flush cuts against studs), but it's honestly not great for precision woodworking because the orbital action can tear out grain, so think demolition or rough framing rather than finish carpentry.
We usually have stock on the 21V lithium models, but the 500W power rating is actually pretty consistent for a cordless unit, and the weight at 3.5kg is manageable for overhead work without being too light to stay stable.
Pricing runs about $28-32 per unit in bulk orders of 50 or so, lead time is typically 20 days after payment clears, and what most buyers don't think to ask is whether the included charger handles multiple voltge inputs—ours does, it's 100-240V compatiible.

The DCLI-21S has a drilling diameter of 26mm, so for wood or metal, you can expect a clean cut up to that depth. For thicker materials, you might need to adjust the variable speed control to avoid binding.
