We run these through a pretty rigorous QC check before they leave—every batch gets a COA, and our company can retest for HPLC or heavy metals if you need it, usually at cost within 20 days or so. The core unit is the YW6103 with a Japanese SK5 steel blade that’ll handle branches up to 40mm, which is honestly overkill for most light trimming but great for heavier orchard work.
Most buyers go with the 2.0Ah battery for daily use, though the 4.0Ah option gives you roughly double teh runtime if you’re doing long shifts or dense orchards. The brushless motor is a pretty practical upgrade here—what it does is cut down on maintenance and last longer than brushed types, especially under heavy loads.
You’ll see battery level and cycle count right on the handle display, which matters more than you’d think for planning cuts without suddenly dying mid-job. The soft rubber grip keeps hand fatigue manageable through a hundred cuts or so, but the real stress test is the blade alignment—we check that manually with a feeler gauge for consistency.
We’ve got CE and RoHS certs filed, but the warranty is split: 12 months on the battery (lithium 2.0Ah or 4.0Ah) and 18 months on the motor. Also, the MOQ for OEM is 500 pieces, and lead time typically runs 30-45 days depending on color (red, orange, or blue) and whether you want custom branding.
These aren’t ideal for dead wood over 40mm—it can jam blade if you push it—but for green growth and standerd pruning, they cut clean and fast. (Usually the 30mm setting handles 90% of what rs actually need.)
Those numbers refer to the maximum branch thickness the blades can handle in one clean cut — 25mm is for lighter trimming, 30mm for medium branches, and 40mm for thicker growth. The 40mm version has a wider jaw opening, so pick based on the typical branch size in your garden.
Our standard MOQ for OEM orders on the YW6103 is 500 units — that covers custom colors, logo printing, and packaging. If you need less, we can offer standard models with no custom branding from stock, usually with no minimum order.
It's pretty reliable — the battery indicator works in real-time and adjusts based on load, so under heavy cutting you might see a slight dip, but it won't jump from full to empty. The 4.0Ah battery gives you a longer runtime before you need to recharge.
We include CE and RoHS certificates with every shipment — these cover safety and material compliance for most markets. If you need additional docs like a material declaration for specific countries, just let us know ahead of time and we can prep them.
Keep them in a dry place, ideally between 5°C and 35°C, and remove the battery if you're storing for more than a month. The SK5 blade can rust if left damp, so wipe it down with a dry cloth and apply a light oil to the cutting edge before long storage.
