We're looking at the HL201 model here, typically nesting at 100 or 160 pieces per board, depending on volume you need — the 1ml and 2.25ml capacities both use a press cap closure on borosilicate glass. They're cylinder-shaped, clear, and you'll get a PP nest board with a paper cover and sealing paper made from 1073B HDPE, plus the overhead pocket.
What it does is provide a ready-to-use syringe assembly for research application, specifically for liquid medicine storage or pharmaceutical packaging in a trial context. It's pre-washed and comes in a sealed nesting pack, so you don't have to mess with cleaning or assembly on your end — basically plug-and-play for your retatrutide studies.
The 1ml size is usually easier to handle for smaller doses, but most buyers we deal with go with teh 2.25ml for flexibility — it fits standdard autoinjectors pretty well. Borosilicate glass holds up better than some cheaper alternatives when you're working with sensitive compounds, and the rubber plungers are designed to maintain good seal.
Lead time's roughly 20 days or so form order, but we usually have stock on the 100-piece nest boards — the 160-pieces might need a confirmation. Origin is China, and transport is via nesting pack, which is fine for lab use but not meant for retail shelf display.
One thing to note: these are not suited for direct human injection outside of a controlled trial setup — they're strictly for research, so don't plan on using them for anything else. The closure type is a press cap, which some buyers prefer over a threaded option for speed, but it's a bit less secure if you're storing long-term.
