We've quoted on the 48V configuration quite a bit lately, and the 51.2V is actually more common for larger residential setups—capacty runs from 50AH up to 300AH depending on what you need, and the 12.8V version uses a 4P series with 3 parallel arrangement while the 48V/51.2V stacks 15P in parallel, so it's worth confirming your inverter's voltge range before we proceed.
Lead time is typically 20 days or so from order confirmation, though we usually have stock for the 100AH and 200AH sizes, but confirm lead time if you need a different capacity or a custom BMS setup, and we can provide CE, RoHS, and ISO9001 documentation with the shipment—the COA form HPLC is standerd.
The warranty is 10 years, which is better than most budget options, but what it does is cover manufacturing defects only—not damage from over-discharge or improper wiring, so make sure your system has appropriate charge controllers and fusing in place.
Payment terms are typically 30% deposit with the balance before shiping via T/T, but we can discuss L/C for larger orders over 500 units or so—just let us know your MOQ and preferred incoterm.
One thing we don't recommend is using these batteries for high-discharge application like electric bicycles, because low discharge rate makes them better suited for steady solar cycling than sudden bursts of current, basically.
Packing is in cartons with foam inserts—each unit weighs about 30kg for the 100AH version, so plan for two-person handling on site, and we can consolidate multiple units into a single pallet to save on freight costs if you order 20 units or more.
The MOQ is typically 10 units per model, but we can negotiate smaller trial orders if you're a new customer. Just reach out to our sales team.
Standard lead time is 15-20 working days after order confirmation and deposit. For larger quantities or custom specs, it might stretch to 25-30 days.

Absolutely, we can customize the terminals to M8 or M10 bolts, or add Anderson connectors. Just specify your preference when placing the order.
Each battery is packed in a reinforced carton with foam inserts, then stacked on pallets and shrink-wrapped. We also add corner protectors for extra safety during shipping.
