We've been shipping this one for a while now, and most buyers go with the 10mg or 15mg vials for their initial runs—basically the sweet spot for dose-response work. It's a, CAS 1401708-83-5, and you'll want to store it at -20°C protected from light; we usually have stock, but confirm lead time on the 40mg or 60mg sizes since those move slower.
It's soluble in both water and organic solvents, which is handy if you're doing reconstitution in PBS or DMSO for different assay types. What it does is bind GLP-1 and GIP receptors in vitro, so it's not suited for anything involving whole-animal metabolic studies without proper ethical clearance.
Purity runs at 98% or better per HPLC, and we've got COAs on file for each lot—just request them with your order. Teh 5mg vial is easier to handle if you're only running small-scale screens, but the 20mg or so vials give you more working material per reconstitution.
We don't do fancy packaging, just sealed vials with desiccant and a foil pouch, but the stability holds up fine for roughly 12 months at -20°C. One thing buyers don't always ask: the powder can clump slightly if exposed to humidity, so let it warm to room temp before opening.
