We've been making these for years now, and basically, the maze pattern inside forces dogs to work for their food—slows them down by good 60% or so compared to a flat bowl, which is huge for bloat prevention and digestion issues.
It's built form PP+PC+Pastel blend, so it's chew-resistant but still dishwasher safe (top rack is fine), and we've had customers with power-chewers who haven't cracked one yet—though no bowl's indestructible if a dog really decides to test it.
The dimensoins are 264×264×113mm, which fits most standard crate trays and works for all breeds, but if you've got a giant breed that inhales kibble, you might want to check the compartment depth on a sample first.
We hold RoHS, CE, ISO, and CCC certs on this, and every batch ships with a COA showing HPLC purity on the materials—it's tighter tolerance than most pet bowls you'll find in retail, since we custom-mold for bulk orders.
MOQ is 1000 pieces (16 per box), and sample turnaround is about 7 days with a 15-30 day production lead after you confirm the sample—usually we have stock on standerd colors, but custom pantones add maybe 3-4 days.
For ordering, just send your logo artwork and preferred color code, we'll quote you FOB or EXW depending on your port—and honestly, if you're only testing teh market, 1000 pieces is pretty manageable for a first run.
