Pretty much everyone who comes to us wants to know if our company can do custom vial sizes or labels for their specific study setup — the standerd 10 works for most but we've done 5-vial packs and single-use vials before, usually with a 2-week lead time on teh labeling changes.

The lyophilized powder itself is a white cakey solid, not a loose dust, and runs >99% purity by HPLC — we include the COA with every batch, and the molecular weight comes to 3824.3 g/mol if you're calculating dosing, which is a bit higher than some other metabolic peptides you've handled.

Solubility is straightforward in water, but what you might not think to ask is that after reconstitution you've got to keep it at 2-8°C or it degrades faster than expected — we usually see about 24 months shelf life sealed, but once it's mixed, you're looking at 20 days or so before potency drops noticeably.
The molecular formula is C172H265N45O51, so it's a large one, and that means it's not suited for oral administration at all — this is strictly for injectable research models, and the peptide's stability at room temperture is just okay for short handling windows.

For OEM work we can adjust the concentration in the vial or even do bulk synthesis if you're running a larger project — custom labeling, barcodes, lot numbers, it's all doable within about 3-4 weeks, but we do have a MOQ of 100 vials for custom runs.

Also, most buyers go with the 10mg or 20mg fill per vial depending on their typical dosing range, and we've found the 10mg vials are easier to handle for reconstitution volume — just reconfirm lead time if you're ordering near a holiday because our QC backlog can push it out.
