We’ve quoted the KH(A)-400 and KH(A)-500, both in 304 stainless steel frame with aluminum alloy blades as standard, but we can swap to stainless blades if your environment has higher corrosion risk, just note that changes blade weight slightly and may affect balance at 1400 RPM.
Air volume runs 5300 m³/h for the 400mm model and 6300 for the 500mm, power draw is 180W and 250W respectively at 220V or 380V—50Hz only, so check your supply before ordering, and we usually stock the 400mm variant but the 500mm might have a 15-day lead time depending on blade quantty customiztion.
You’ll get a COA with each unit covering run speed and amp draw, we also include a basic wiring diagram for the hanging mount, but if you need a full TDS or SDS for the lubricant used on the motor, let us know—those we don’t batch-test, they’re from teh grease supplier’s spec sheet.
Payment terms are T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment for MOQs under 10 units, and we ship via sea freight or air depending on your timeline, though we’ve found that air for a single unit basically doubles the cost, so most buyers go with sea consolidation unless it’s urgent.
One thing we’ve noticed handling these: the ZCHL series at 120W pushes only 3900 m³/h, so it’s noticeably weaker—actually, that’s better for small hatcheries or tight spaces, but for your greenhouse application the 500mm at 250W is the typical choice for even air distribution.
Roughly 45 days from deposit to loading if we need to manufacture the 7-blade option or stainless blades, and our company can do a 4-blade from stock in about 20 days or so, anyway, just confirm your votage and blade count and we’ll lock in the shipping window.
We can do as few as 10 units for the 400mm or 500mm fans. For larger orders, we can adjust pricing or lead time—just let us know.
Yes, we can supply a mill test certificate for the 304 stainless steel frame. Just request it with your order and we’ll include it.
Standard lead time is 15–20 working days after order confirmation. Custom builds like the ZCHL series might add a few days depending on the blade count or frame material.
We don’t list exact dB in the specs, but these fans are designed for low noise in greenhouses. At 1400 RPM, the 400mm model runs quieter than typical industrial fans—if you need a specific reading, we can test one for you.
Yes, we offer a plastic frame option for the 500mm fan. Just specify that when ordering, and we’ll swap the frame material for you.
