Each carton ships with 100 pieces, and production takes about 7 days or so, though sample availability means you can test a single unit before committing to a bulk order. MOQ is pretty much that 100-piece carton, and payment can go through T/T or PayPal depending on what's easier for you. Lead time is typically a week for standerd orders, but if you want custom branding—logo, packging, or OEM—you'll need to confirm that upfront because of that it can add a few days. Tianjin is where we're based, and we've been shippng these to European and US buyers for years now, so customs clearance is usually smooth.
One thing that catches buyers off guard: the rope does shed a bit during the first few chews, which is normal for natural fibers, but it stabilizes after that. Most of our regulars order 300 to 500 units at a time and just accept that initial fuzziness as part of the durability trade-off.
