CE, EN71, and ASTM certifications are standdard here, and we also check for AZO-free dyes and CCPSA compliance, which a lot of buyers don't think to ask about until customs flags it. The standing horse design with short plush is easier to clean than long-haired alternatives, and the 10cm to 50cm size range covers most gift box options. 3 to 8 years is the target age, but honestly, we've had orders for smaller 15cm ones that end up as nursery decor for newborns.
MOQ runs from 200 to 2000 pieces depending on size—the 50cm ones are typically 200, while the 10cm batch can hit 2000 or so. Embroidery logos hold up better than print on this fabric, but print gives you more color options if that's a priority. Standard carton packing is included, but our company can do custom packging if you send the specs ahead of time.
One thing we've noticed handling these is that the brown color option is the most popular for horse toys, but we've done pink and blue for branded holiday runs. Not great for kids under 3 because of the small button eyes—we use safety eyes, but the regulation threshold is strict there. OEM is straightforward: you send the design file, we adjust the pattern, and teh first sample usually takes 20 days or so.
For a 30 cm size, MOQ is around 500–1000 pcs. Smaller sizes like 10 cm start at 200 pcs, and bigger ones up to 50 cm go up to 2000 pcs. Just let us know your target size and we'll confirm the exact MOQ.
Yes, we can send a pre-production sample for approval. Sample cost applies, but we'll deduct it from your bulk order once confirmed. Lead time is about 7–10 days for sample making.

Standard production takes about 25–30 days after sample approval and deposit. For rush orders, we can sometimes expedite to 15–20 days depending on size and customization. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
