It's a standing animal design with short plush length, stuffed with PP cotton rather than foam pellets (which we've found can shift unevenly in cheaper toys), and the fabric is super soft plush that passes CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH — basically all the certifications we need for selling in the EU and US markets.
The hand-made craft means each piece has slight variations in stitching, which actually looks better than machine-perfect seams for a premium feel, but it also pushes production lead time to 30-50 days (usually 35 days or so) so don't order this if you need stock in under three weeks.
Sample lead time is 7-10 working days, and they'll do embroidery or printing for your logo — we usually go with embroidery for plush since it holds up better after washing.
Monthly capacty is 300,000 pieces, so scaling up isn't an issue, and they offer flexible MOQ which is the main reason we picked them over the rigid 5,000-unit minimums form other supliers in the region.
Anyway, we placed the order for 2,000 units at roughly $4.20 each with custom packging, and they confirmed COA and SGS inspection report will be included with the shipment.
