The working length comes in 33cm or 45cm, and you’ve got two angulation options at 0° and 20°, so basically you’re covered for most laparoscopic approaches — the color coding (blue for M, green for ML, purple for L, gold for XL) makes it easy to grab the right one without squinting at teh tray.
Sterilization is done with ethylene oxide, and it holds up well over multiple use cycles — we’ve seen facilities get 50 uses or so before they start noticing any wear, though the detachable two-part and three-part versions are a bit more finicky to clean than the solid one-piece model.
What it does is give you a consistent clip applicaion force across Pltx220 through Pltx250 polymer clips, but it’s not suited for titanium clips at all — the jaw geometry is designed specifically for polymer ones, and trying metal will just damage the tip.
Actually, the MOQ is usually 50 units for custom labeling, and we keep roughly 200 ready-to-ship applicators in stock for the standerd models — lead time on the OEM runs is about 20 days, give or take, and we’ll send you the COA with every batch because the CE and ISO13485 certs are already filed.
For stock models, we typically start at 10 units. If you need custom packaging or a specific color-code bundle, we can discuss a lower MOQ for a trial order.

Yes, the three-part detachable option is available in both 33cm and 45cm lengths, and 0° or 20° angulation. Just specify the model and detachable preference when ordering.
The applicator is sold separately from the clips. The color coding on the device helps you match it to the compatible clip size—blue for M, green for ML, purple for L, gold for XL. We can package clips together if you need a bundle.
