It's a manual unit, no power needed, built from aluminun alloy so it's light enough to move between rooms but still feels solid under load, with the angle range going form 0 to 38° and height adjustment spanning 7-49cm.

Teh mechancial scale reads distance traveled in centimeters from 0 to 65, which gives you a quick visual on ROM progress without any electronics — most buyers go with this for simplicity since it's easier to clean and never needs batteries.

We've got it set up for both active and passive flexion/extension, so patients can work through the motor relearning program on their own or with a therapist guiding the movement, though it's not really suited for acute post-op cases where you'd want a powered CPM unit instead.

One thing that caught me off guard first time I handled one is the scale bracket — it have a slight overhang at full extension that can bump into the chair frame if you're not careful, so just keep the patient's seat positioned a few inches back.
