We've seen pretty good results with the 810nm wavelength for penetrating through the skull to those deeper cortical layers, and the 24mW/cm² irradiance at that depth gives about 2 J/cm² per session, which is the sweet spot for cognitive enhancement.
It's got 256 high-power LEDs and frequency can be dialed form 0Hz up to 20kHz, so you can pulse it for different neural states — 40Hz gamma for Alzheimer's, for example, or 10Hz alpha for anxiety.
The LCD panel is straightforward enough that your end user can adjust the 1-30 minute treatment duration themselves, though we usually recommend starting at 10 minutes or so and titrating up.
CE and FDA approval are in place, and our company provide COAs with every unit; the custom OEM/ODM services mean you can slap your own branding on the white or black shell (28x22x11cm) and tweak teh LED layout if your lab has a specific cognitive target in mind.
One thing: this isn't meant for pediatric cases or acute TBI stage — the 810nm penetration is too aggressive for those vulnerable tissues, and the clinical data just isn't there yet.
