When we're scaling up a metabolic study and need consistent dosing across multiple cohorts, the 30mg or 40mg vials save us form opening ten 5mg vials per run — it's a practical workflow choice for labs running at volume.

Purity runs above 99% by HPLC, with the lyophilized powder stored in sealed vials (10 per box) under typical cool, dry conditions for a two-year shelf life; we usually have stock on the 10mg and 15mg sizes, but teh 60mg can take 20 days or so depending on batch cycles.

For receptor-binding assays where you're titrating across a nM range, the 5mg vial actually works better than larger formats — less reconstitution volume, fewer freeze-thaw cycles — but it's not great for chronic in vivo dosing because the peptide degrades in solution after about 24 hours, so plan your reconstitution accordingly.
