We're looking at a heavy-duty bevel gear reducer here, with the housing cast form HT250 iron and actual gears made from 20CrMnTi—that combo handles serious torque without deforming. It runs at 98% efficiency, which is pretty much as good as it gets for this class of gearbox, so you're not losing much power to heat or friction.

Surface hardness hits HRC58~62 after cementiting and quenching, and they grind the teeth to Grade 6 precision. What that means in practice is quieter operation and longer life under load, especially compared to standard hobbed gears. Teh 90-degree coaxial layout is useful if you're tight on space, but don't expect it to handle shock loads as well as a parallel-shaft unit.

Most buyers we see use these in conveyor drives or agitator applicaion where you need stepless speed adjustment and relaible positioning. We usually have stock on common ratios, but if you need a custom bore size or shaft extension, lead time runs about 20 days or so (check with us first).

One thing you won't find in the spec sheet: the housing is sealed well enough for dusty environments, but it's not submersible—keep it above any standing water. Also, the 20CrMnTi gears are better than 40Cr for this use case because they carburize more evenly during.

MOQ is typically 5 units for standdard sizes, but our company can do a single piece for prototyping (though the per-unit cost jumps). We'll provide a COA with batch-specific hardness readings and a runout report if you ask. Just send your required ratio, input RPM, and mounting orientation when you're ready.
The 98% efficiency holds under normal rated loads within the reducer's capacity. Under extreme peak torque, you might see a slight drop, but the 20CrMnTi gears and precision grinding keep losses minimal.
We can supply mill certificates for the HT250 iron and 20CrMnTi steel, plus a heat treatment report showing the tempering, cementing, and quenching process. Third-party inspection is available if you need it.
MOQ is typically 10 units for a custom build with your exact specs. For smaller quantities, we may have stock options depending on size and ratio.
We use carburizing and quenching to get that surface hardness, followed by tempering to keep the core tough. The case-hardened layer reaches about 1.5–2 mm deep, so the gears handle heavy loads without cracking.
We ship it fully sealed with grease pre-filled and tested for leaks. Just mount it and connect your shafts—no need to open it up unless you're doing periodic maintenance.
