Custom OEM LE-K050 UTP Keystone Jack with CE RoHS ISO Certification

We just got a fresh batch of these LE-K050 keystone jacks out of the Shenzhen plant, and they're teh toolless kind which basically means you can pop them in without a punch-down tool—saves a ton of time on site.

They work fine with Cat5e through Cat6A UTP cables, and the 8p8c contact handles 22-26AWG wire, so most buyers just grab these for office network upgrades or data center patch panels where you need a clean faceplate setup.

You're looking at -40°C to 60°C operating range with up to 85% humidity at 30°C, and insulation resistnce sits at 1000M ohm or better, which is pretty standerd for this class but the intermediate resistance matches that same spec under normal conditions.

The unit itself is made form polycarbonate (the matte PC), and it come in white, blue, red, yellow, black, or orange—though most volume orders stick with white or black, it's usually a 50/50 split.

Each carton runs about 420×263×450mm packging, so we can fit roughly 200 units per box depending on how you want them packed, and we've got CE, RoHS, and ISO certs on file—just ask for the COA if your QA needs it.

We don't recommend these for outdoor use without a weatherproof faceplate, but inside they hold up better than some of the cheaper no-name brands we've seen, and we typically have stock ready for MOQ of 100 pieces or so.
