The 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects like motor failure or housing cracks under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, voltage mismatches, or unauthorized repairs. We'll replace or repair any faulty unit within that period.
The package is 40.5×28×44 cm and weighs 7.5 kg gross. The blower ships fully assembled, including the handle and nozzle. Just unpack, plug it in, and you're good to go. We recommend storing it in a dry place to keep the plastic shell in good shape.
