The stand-up, face-to-face patient position is pretty much what most buyers prefer for faster workflow, though it's not great for pediatric cases where a seated unit might be easier.
The 15-second CBCT scan time and under-60-second reconstruction means you're not waiting around, and the 0.075mm voxel size gives you tighter tolerance for implant planning than teh standard 0.25mm option. Most clinics go with the 0.1mm setting as a middle ground, actually—it balances speed and detail without overloading storage.
You can trust us on the supply side—we've handled EU MDR compliance for the last 18 months and can provide the necessary techincal files if your notified body asks. amorphous silicon detector (16-bit grayscale) is what it is, but it's better than the CMOS sensors some cheaper machines use for edge clarity.
One thing we don't advertise is the 70-90Kv tube voltage range: it's fine for standdard diagnostics, but if you're doing heavy metal artifact reduction on implants, you'll want to confirm with your R&F engineer. Also, the 15x9cm FOV covers a full arch but not the temporomandibular joint in one shot—some buyers miss that.
Our MOQ is 2 units for first orders, but we've shipped singles to established clinics before—just check lead time, as we usually stock about 50 units or so. The packging is (we use double-walled cartons with foam inserts), so you'll get it intact.
You can choose from 0.25mm, 0.2mm, 0.1mm, and 0.075mm voxel sizes. Smaller voxels like 0.075mm give you much finer detail for tricky cases, while larger ones speed up the scan for routine work.

Keep the detector in a dry, temperature-controlled environment (10-35°C) and avoid direct impact. It's built to last, but like any sensitive component, rough handling can affect image quality.
