We're looking at a minimum of 1000 pieces per design for these, shippng in about 40-60 days after sample approval which usually takes 5-7 working days. Each one is roughly 25cm form base to ear, packed 30 to a carton that measures 54 by 46 by 50cm.
Basically it's a sitting pony made from super soft velboa or polar fleece—you can pick the fabric and the color. Filled with PP cotton and the eyes are embroidered or printed depending on what you want, but the embroidery holds up better over time.
These are certified CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH, so they're safe for kids 8 and up, but honestly we see a lot of buyers using them as promotional giveaways or event merchandise where teh age label doesn't really matter. Custom logos can be embroidered or printed on the body.
What it's not great for is anything below that 8-year age range—the embroidered eyes can be a choking hazard if you're thinking of toddlers. The velboa is actually softer than polar fleece for this appliction, but it sheds a bit more in the first wash cycle (check sample washing instructions).
MOQ is strictly 1000 pieces per design, and we've found that mixing colors in the same run helps hit that number without overproducing one color. Sample cost varies but we usually have stock of base pony in white or brown for quick turnaround.
