Production batches do vary slightly in color from the coating process, though we maintain tolerances and retest if the galvanized finish strays beyond 10% of spec — it's pretty much what you'd expect from hot-dip work at this price point. We usually run a 30kN tensile test on three samples per 500-unit batch, so consecutive lots are consistent within about 2kN variance if that matters for your guy wire setup.
Its main limitation is that the C-type clamp cannot be reused after insallation — the preformed design deforms permanently for that 100% holding capacity of the wire's rated strength, so plan your layout carefully. And the 3-22mm cable diameter range covers most overhead earthwire and wire rope jobs, but your span limit is basically 300 meters before you need intermediate supports. We've had buyers try it on tower anchors with smaller gauge wires, and it works fine as long as you match the color-coded size marker to the cable OD.
