250A at 240V or 415V, 50/60Hz, and the breaking capacity hits up to 50kA, which is better than most standard breakers for this class. The insulation voltage is 690V, so it handles the higher end of industrial distribution without much trouble. Arc extinguishing is air-based, pretty much standard for MCCBs, and contacts are silver over copper—good conductivity and they don't slip under load.
