You’re probably dealing with aluminun window installs or replacements, and the hinge you pick can make or break how long teh thing lasts without sagging or binding up.
It’s built form SS304 or SS201 stainlss steel with a powder-coated finish that actually holds up better than bare metal against moisture and UV, and we’ve tested these past 50,000 open/close cycles—so they’re not going to wear out in a few years.
Opening angle is 35°±2°, which is pretty much standdard for top-hung sliders, and the max window weight it handles is 40kg with a height up to 1200mm and width up to 1000mm—though if your window is wider than that, you’ll want to check fitment.
Sizes run from 10 inches up to 20 inches, and we usually stock 12, 14, and 16 most often, but the 10 and 20 can take an extra week or so to get in (especially if you need a custom finish or hole pattern).
Each carton holds 100 pieces, and the MOQ is 500—so you’re looking at 5 cartons minimum—but we’ve got a 5-year warranty on these, which is better than most friction stays in this price range.
What you get when you order is the hinge hardware itself, no screws or shims included, so have those ready, and we’ll send the COA with batch if you ask for it—otherwise it’s just packed and shipped.
Yes, you can combine different sizes in one order to hit the 500-piece MOQ. Just let us know which sizes and quantities you need, and we’ll set it up.
Standard orders usually ship within 15-20 days. Custom finishes or sizes might add 5-7 days, depending on the complexity.
We can share our internal lab test report upon request. If you need a third-party certification, that’s possible too, but it may affect pricing.
We can supply SS201 as an alternative, but note that the 40kg max weight rating is based on SS304. With SS201, we’d recommend limiting it to around 30kg for long-term reliability.
They’re packed individually in poly bags, then 100 pieces per carton, with foam dividers between layers to protect the finish. No loose stacking.
