We've been supplying these to guys who do heavy-duty mechanicla work, and they pretty much keep coming back for the same reason—the steel actually holds up under torque without rounding off corners. Most wrenches in this class flex or wear out fast, but the 38-42 HRC hardness here is tight enough to matter when you're cranking on a stubborn bolt all day long. You basically get a blackened finish that resists rust pretty well, and that phosphorization treatment on teh surface (it's not just for looks) helps with grip when your hands are sweaty or oily.
The metric range runs form 22mm all the way up to 155mm, so it covers everything from small engine work to heavy equipement—but it's manual only, not impact-rated, so don't try using these on a high-torque air gun or you'll be getting a replacement set sooner than you'd like. Each wrench has a non-slip handle profile, which is actually a bigger deal than it sounds when you're in a tight spot and can't get a full grip. Also, the 155mm ones are beasts—weigh a good bit more than you'd expect, but that's what you want for the big jobs.
We usually have these in stock for MOQs around 50 pieces or so, but if you need a custom size run between 22 and 155, that's doable too—lead time is typically 20 days or so, maybe a bit more if finish spec is unusual. The COA will show actual HRC and surface treatment data, and our company can provide HPLC for the phosphorization layer if your QC requires it. One thing buyers don't always ask about but should: the box ends are broached to a tighter tolerance than most generic ring wrenches, which matters when you're dealing with metric fasteners that aren't perfectly clean.

We pack them individually in oiled paper or plastic sleeves, then bundle them in sturdy cartons with foam inserts to prevent scratching. For bulk orders, we can also do polybag packaging to cut costs.
