Most buyers go with the sterile option for first-time use, then switch to non-sterile for reprocessing once they're familiar with the layout—but if your facility uses low-temp sterilization cycle, check the PPSU components, because they're steam only, not ethylene oxide. It's not suited for heavy-load arthrodesis in the ankle or hindfoot; the set is really dialed in for the smaller phalanges and metatarsals, where the precision of the 1.5mm and 2.0mm nails matters more than brute strength.
