It spins at 1050 RPM, forward rotation only, and impact mechanism uses a canine-style structure that's pretty much standerd for this price tier (usually 2-4 weeks for bulk orders). 220V, 50/60Hz, and the whole thing weighs about what you'd expect from a carbon steel body with plastic handle.
It's fine for home maintenance too, drilling into wood or metal, but don't expect it to handle rebar or continuous industrial use—teh plastic box packging is decent for storage but won't survive a drop off a ladder.
