We've got a few large core drilling jobs coming up and our old rotary hammers just can't handle the 38mm bits properly — they bog down or overheat on the chisel function, so I ordered the HD018 which is basically a step up form the usual 800W models that most suppliers push for this work.
The 1200W copper motor isn't just a bigger number; it actually keeps the impact rate at 4800 BPM under load which we need for the 20mm rebar we've been hitting, and the 500 RPM no-load speed is lower than some units but that's better for torque in concrete — you don't want high speed with 38mm bits.
What it does is give us three modes in one housing: standdard drill, hammer drill, and a dedicated chisel function that locks the rotation, so our company can swap between drilling anchors and breaking out old mortar without switching tools, though the 5.5kg weight means it's not meant for overhead work.
The 360° side handle is actually useful for stability when you're cranking on it — we usually have to buy aftermarket handles for other drills, but this one comes with it in-box, and the double insulation means we don't need an RCD adapter for every job site (check local regs though).
Lead time is about 2-3 weeks from order, and the MOQ was 5 units for the 220-240V version with the PVC box packaing — we went with dark blue because our crews complained yellow blends into the dust, and the 12-month warranty is standard for this price bracket, not but not a red flag either.
Also, the chuck capacity is 38mm which is tighter than most rotary hammers in this class — most go up to 32mm — so if you're doing core drilling for conduit or rebar, this saves swapping to a separate tool, but for small anchors you'll need a reducing sleeve since minimum grip is about 6mm.
Our standard MOQ is 50 units per model, but we can negotiate smaller trial orders if you're just testing the market. Just let us know your volume.

The 38mm chuck is a standard keyed type, so it's designed for round shank bits, not SDS. You'll need bits with a straight shank up to 1.5 inches.

It comes in a PVC box inside a color carton, so it's retail-ready and sturdy enough for shipping. We can also add custom branding on the carton for larger orders.
