Lead time is typically 5-7 business days after order confirmation, but if you’re ordering more than 50 vials (check lead time), it can push out to 20 days or so.
It’s a, basically reconstitute it with sterile water and you’re good to go. Purity is confirmed at ≥99% by HPLC and MS—we verify every batch with those methods, and the COA comes with teh shipment. The molecular weight varies based on sequence, so don’t treat this as a fixed number for all your calculations.

One thing someone who’s handled this knows is that the powder can attract moisture quickly if you open the vial outside a dry environment—so reconstitute in a glove box or under inert gas. This isn’t meant for anything beyond research uses, and it’s pretty much not suitable to any in vivo work unless you’ve got the right approvals (which most researchers don’t use this for anyway).
You don’t need to request splitting batches—we send the whole lot as one shipment, usually 10 for larger orders. 3 of those sizes are the 2mg vials, which are fine for small-scale screening; the 10mg vials work better for where you’re running multiple concentrations. Don’t use this for solubility comparisons against other peptides because the formulation is tailored for retatrutide specifically, and we don’t supply reconstitution buffers.
