The 40ft HQ can hold 294 cartons, or 7056 units, and we usually have stock but confirm lead time for anything over 10,000 pieces a week.
Actually, the alloy parts are the weak point if a kid tries to pry the wheels off, but for normal track play it holds up better than pure plastic sets. We don’t recommend it for outdoor use on concrete—the alloy scratches pretty quickly—and AA batteries are not included in the set, which catches some first-time buyers off guard.

One detail that comes up often: the 0V voltage spec on the battery input is just a placeholder in our system—the motor pulls about 3V from the two AAs, so don’t let that confuse your tech team when they spec it. It’s a straightforward slot toy, not high-speed racer, but for the price point it’s got a tighter tolerance on the track connector than most budget sets we’ve tested.
We don't have a strict MOQ for custom designs, but for OEM/ODM orders we typically start at around 1000 pieces to make setup worthwhile. For standard packaging, you can order as few as one carton (24 sets).
With our weekly supply ability of 10,000 pieces, a 10,000-piece order would take about one week to produce. Add 2-3 days for packaging and quality checks, plus shipping time.
