It's pretty much a standard cotton fabric with cotton fill, so no weird chemicla smells out of the box. Every batch does go through third-party testing for small part tightness and dye leaching, meeting EN71 and ASTM F963 standard. But here's thing — you'll want to double-check teh lead time on OEM changes, because custom colors or embroidery can push delivery to about 30 days or so.
Most retail buyers go with the window box packging, 12 boxes per carton at roughly 11.6kg gross, which fits standard pallet stacking fine.
Just keep in mind this isn't designed for teething or heavy chewing — the fabric can tear if a baby goes at it with teeth, so it's best for soothing and cuddling only.
