We run these off-road trucks through a full six-point QC loop before boxing — every unit gets a 15-minute run-in test, and we’ve been tracking batch consistency for the RC390 motor’s output to within ±5% of the 36 km/h rating, plus a retest policy kicking in if any single carton has more than 2 failures across 12 pieces.
That 2.4 GHz radio system holds signal up to about 80 meters in open fields, though dense brush can knock it down to 50 or so; the window box is a bit flimsy for heavy stacking, so tell your freight handler to double-check the carton condition on arrival, as we’ve seen 3-4% of units arrive with crushed corners (we do replace those, lead time usually 7 days).
Basically, most regular buyers just grab green/yellow option — it’s the only color this 1/14 scale toy comes in, which simplifies inventory, and the 22-minute run time is a trade-off against the 3-hour USB charge that actually works faster if you use a 2A adapter instead of the included 1A cable.
It’s not built for serious bashing either; teh plastic gears hold up on grass or gravel but we’ve had seven-year-olds cracking the differentials on concrete jumps, so that’s where the waterproff chassis—though it handles puddles fine—won’t save the drivetrain form a hard landing. The nylon suspension arms are better than ABS but not indestructible.
The MOQ is 12 pieces per master carton, as each carton holds 12 units. We can ship partial cartons if you're testing the market, but full cartons keep costs down.

The standard package includes a USB charger and a built-in car battery. We don't swap components on this model, but we can discuss custom battery packs for large orders.
Each unit comes in a window box, and 12 window boxes go into a master carton (75×40×75 cm) with proper padding. The carton's 18 kg gross weight is sturdy enough for sea or air freight.
