We’ve got your RFQ here and can put together a track-type multi rip saw that’s pretty much fully customizable—spindle speed is 2600 r/min, and you can choose blade diameters of 205, 255, or 270 mm depending on your cut depth needs.
Processing width runs from 200 up to 1220 mm, thickness from 5 to 60 mm, and teh feeding speed is variable from 0 to 17 m/min, so it handles everything from laminate flooring to wooden packaing boxes, but it’s not really suited for very thick beams over 60 mm or so.
The spindle motor comes in two power options—33kw or 22kw—and the spindle diameter varies between 74, 85, and 90 mm, which is a detail most buyers don’t ask about but matters for blade mounting, and the whole machine weighs about 2800 kg.
It runs on 380V/50Hz/3phase, has CE and ISO certs, and the CNC control is automatic with high precision—we usually have stock on the standdard configs, but confirm lead time if you need a custom setup like a different votage or a specific blade hub.
One thing we’ve noticed is that fully enclosed protective cover is a real plus for safety, and the track-type feeding system gives better stability than a basic roller feed, though the 1750×1700×1100 mm footprint means you’ll need decent floor space.

We can do a minimum order of 1 unit for standard specs, but if you need customizations like a specific saw blade diameter or spindle configuration, we typically ask for at least 2 units to keep the setup costs reasonable.
Yes, every machine comes with CE and ISO certificates included in the shipping documents. We can also send you scanned copies beforehand if your customs or buyer requires them for the import process.
The 2600 r/min spindle speed is fixed on this model to match the saw blade diameters (205/255/270 mm) for optimal cutting performance. For hardwood up to 60mm thickness, the 33kw motor handles it fine at this speed, but if you need a higher speed for specific applications, we'd need to discuss a custom motor setup.
For a custom saw blade diameter outside the 205/255/270 mm range, expect around 30-45 days lead time. That covers sourcing the right blades and adjusting the spindle mounting. Standard units usually ship in 15-20 days.
We pack it in a reinforced plywood crate with foam padding around the spindle and motor, plus a waterproof wrap. Just keep it in a dry, covered area below 40°C if you're storing it before setup—no special climate control needed otherwise.
