We’ve seen a lot of buyers get stuck with inconsistent tube qualiy — especially when paper layers delaminate after a few weeks — and that’s exactly what our ASTM F963 and EN71 testing catches before it leaves here, so you’re not dealing with rejected shipments or returns later.
Each batch gets a full COA with HPLC and physicall stress test results, usually within 10 working days from production, and we keep a retest policy if anything doesn’t match the agreed spec—you can basically send back any batch within 30 days of receipt and we’ll cover the re-testing cost.
The paper tubes come in kraft, corrugated, or art paper combos, and the damp-proof treatment means they hold up better than standard cardboard in humid warehouses. Just so you know, we don’t recommend them for long-term outdoor storage — they’re really made for indoor play settings.
Customiaztion is pretty straightforward: you pick the CMYK or PMS color, choose offset or UV printing (screen printing works well for short runs), and our company can add embossing or hot foil stamping. 70% of our clients go with matte lamination for the educational toys because of that it’s scratch-resistant and kids can’t peel the print off easily.
MOQ is negotiable but we typically start around 5000 units for custom tubes — smaller orders are possible but order 20 days or so production lead time. Standard export packaging is included, but if you need branded inner shipping cartons, that’s a separate quote.
Art paper gives a smooth, high-print-quality finish, kraft paper is more natural and tear-resistant, and corrugated adds extra rigidity. You can mix interior and exterior layers too, like a kraft outer for durability with a colorful art paper inner.
Yes, we include copies of the SGS-issued ASTM F963-96a and EN71 certificates with every batch. Just let us know if you need the originals or a specific format for your buyer.
Absolutely, size is fully customizable—diameter, length, and wall thickness. The MOQ is negotiable, but for custom sizes we usually ask for at least 500-1000 pieces to keep costs reasonable.
For a small batch with custom CMYK print and matte lamination, figure around 10-15 working days. If you need it faster, we can push it to 7 days, but that depends on current production load.
They're packed in standard export packaging with moisture barrier layers. For storage, keep them in a dry area below 30°C and away from direct sunlight—our damp-proof and heat-protection features hold up well, but extreme humidity can soften the paperboard over time.
