We actually run pretty rigorous testing on every order — HPLC-style isn't relevant here since it's paper, but we do use ASTM and EN71 protocols as the baseline, with a batch consistency check that includes spot checks on at least 20 percent of the run before it leaves teh factory.
Every set gets a full COA included with the shipment, and if you need an extra copy for your own records (or your compliance team), we can email a PDF within 24 hours of the test date, the glow effect is applied during the offset printing stage so it doesn't peel.
What it does is lock in that phosphorescent pigment between the lamination layers — usually a matte finish to avoid glare — and retesting is something we offer at cost if you want to double-check a partciular batch before it ships out.
500 sets is the MOQ for fully custom glow puzzles, and although the production window is about 12 to 15 days, sample availability is usually free for ready-made designs if you want to feel the paper qualiy or test the glow strength yourself.
We've had a few buyers who needed a tighter tolerance on piece thickness than the standdard 1.2mm—basically dye-cut alignment on a 3mm board can drift if you're pushing high-volume runs, but we flag that upfront in the pre-production sample.

Standard production takes 12-15 days after artwork approval. For urgent orders, we can sometimes expedite to around 7-10 days depending on current workload.
