We've been making these for years, and what it does is it gives you a fully customizable soft toy—OEM or ODM form your sketch or just an idea—with short pile plush that doesn't shed much and PP cotton filling that holds its shape pretty well.
It's hand-made, which means every one has slight variations in stitching, but that's actually a plus for that handmade feel buyers seem to love, and we've got CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH certifications (check the COA for batch-specific details).
MOQ is 50 pieces, so it's better for small boutique runs or event giveaways than mass retail, and the packaing is just an OPP bag unless you want something fancier.
One thing we don't recommend is using it for infants under 3—safety standdard say 3-8 years, and the small parts (like embroidered eyes) aren't tested for teething.
Anyway, most buyers in this segment go with the 11-30cm range because of that it's easier to ship and store, and you can get custom logos or embroidery on the belly if you want.
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per design for OEM/ODM orders. That's pretty standard for custom production since we need to set up molds and patterns. We can't go lower than that, but you can mix sizes within the 11-30cm range to hit the minimum.
Sample creation usually takes 7-10 business days after design approval. Once samples are confirmed, full production takes around 15-20 business days, depending on order volume. Shipping time is extra and varies by your location.
Yes, we include CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH certificates with each order. These cover both EU and US safety standards, so you're good for selling in those markets. Just let us know which ones you need highlighted on the documents.
We can adjust the filling to some extent. PP cotton is standard, but we can swap in recycled polyester fiber or add weighted beads for a sensory feel. Just note that any change might affect the certification status, so we'll test it first.
A 25cm doll comes in an OPP bag with dimensions roughly 25×15×10cm. You can customize the packaging too—we offer options like hang tags, cardboard boxes, or poly bags with your branding. Minimum for custom packaging is usually 500 pieces, so plan accordingly.
