It's not compatble with shielded twisted-pair cabling, so if you're running FTP lines this won't work for you — but for standard telephone UTP networks it's basically what you'd expect from a solid production run.

We've been shippng these SM204-64 connectors for a few years now, and the PC materail holds up better than some cheaper ABS alternatives when you're crimping them onto 24AWG wire day after day.

Gold plating options run from FU up to 50U, and most buyers go with the 6U or 15U for telephone data transmission — the 30U is overkill unless you're in high-humidity environment, and we usually have stock on those two, but confirm lead time for the 50U.

CE and RoHS documentation comes with every order, and our company can provide a COA on request for gold thickness (usually within 0.5U tolerance), though the HPLC data isn't relevant here since it's just a connector.

Minimum order is 100 pieces, but you can get 1-10 free samples first to check fitment — we pack them in 100pcs or 1000pcs per bag, and the transparent color is the standard, though we can do other colors if you're ordering 5000 or so.

Payment terms are typically T/T for first orders, and shipping form origin takes about 20 days or so by sea, but we can do DHL or FedEx for smaller quantities if you need them faster.
