The ARW3 series universal circuit breaker is designed for power distribution networks with AC 50Hz frequency. It offers comprehensive protection against overload, short circuit, undervoltage, and single-phase grounding faults, while also serving as an isolation device. With highly accurate selective protection, it significantly enhances power supply reliability.
Key features include wide pole spacing for safer installation, zero flying arc distance, modular structure for versatility, and multiple wiring configurations (horizontal, vertical, or mixed). The breaker supports both upward and downward line connections and integrates communication capabilities for various protocols.
The product complies with GB/T14048.1 and GB/T14048.2 standards for low-voltage switchgear and has obtained national CQC certification. Its intelligent protection system ensures complete reliability in diverse industrial applications.
Available in three main models (ARW3-1600, ARW3-2500, and ARW3-4000), the circuit breakers accommodate different current ratings from 400A to 4000A. They support various working voltages including AC400V, AC500V, AC690V, AC800V, AC1000V, AC1140V, and AC1500V.
The modular design allows for easy maintenance and replacement of components. The breakers feature high breaking capacity with full breaking time of 12-35ms and closing time under 60ms. Mechanical life ranges from 10,000 to 20,000 operations depending on maintenance.
