We usually quote 45 working days for a standdard 12kV pole-mounted unit at 630A rating, but the 2500A models with 31.5kA breaking capasity can slip to 60 days or so if we're busy — roughly 120 to 180kg depending on the exact combination you pick, and we ship on pallets with full IP54-rated enclosure for outdoor use.
It basically chops the arc in under 60 milliseconds when it opens, which is pretty much instantaneous for the protection scheme upstream, and the spring mechanism lets you operate it without an external power source — just pull the lever and you're set.
42kV power frequency withstand and 75kV lightning impulse, the vacuum interrupter handles full load breaks up to 100 cycles before contact wear becomes a concern, though mechancial life is rated at 10,000 operations give or take — most buyers go with the 1250A variant for distribution feeders because of that it hits the sweet spot between cost and headroom.
What you get when ordering is breaker itself with the spring mechanism pre-installed, a separate control cabinet if you specify it (otherwise it's just terminals), and a COA form the factory verified by third-party HPLC — but the altitude derating above 1000m isn't automatically applied, so confirm if your site sits at 2000m or higher.
It's not suited for indoor substations without an enclosure modification because teh IP54 rating keeps weather out but doesn't address internal condensation at high humidity — we had one buyer try it in a damp basement and the auxiliary contacts corroded within six months.

Yes, we include copies of both IEC 62271-100 and GB/T 1984 test reports and certificates with every shipment. We can also send them ahead of time if your project requires approval.
Standard rating is up to 1000m altitude, but we can supply a version rated for up to 4000m if you're working at high elevations. Just let us know when ordering.
