Had a recent project where we had to retrofit six elevators in an older office building, and teh client wanted controls that matched the existing stainless trim rather than replacing everything — that's when we went with these DM-M179 buttons, and the hairline finish option worked out better than we expected, actually.
They support 500 to 1000kg loads, speed ranges from 1.00 to 2.00 m/s, and group control mode handles multi-car installations without any comms issues we've seen so far. Center opening or side opening doors are both fine here. The deceleration device is included in the assembly — that's something most buyers might not think to ask about until they see the wiring diagram.
We're using them mainly for passenger application, but they'll handle light cargo too, just don't push the upper load limit daily on a service lift running freight (usually we recommend the 1000kg variant with mirror finish for higher-traffic lobbies). For the price point, stainless builds are tighter than many we've tested form other suppilers, and the ISO 9001 cert is standerd.
We ordered 100 pieces as the MOQ at about 15-20 days lead time, wooden case packaging, 12-month warranty, and for the cost these are pretty much what you'd want for replacement or new builds.
Our MOQ is 100 pieces. For first-time buyers, we can sometimes do a smaller trial batch of 50 pieces, but that needs to be confirmed with our sales team first.
Hairline stainless steel has a brushed, matte look that hides fingerprints well, while mirror finish is shiny and reflective. Both are durable, but choose hairline for high-traffic areas or mirror for a more premium appearance.
Yes, we include a copy of our ISO 9001 certificate in the shipping package, and we can also email the digital version if you need it for your records before delivery.
We can rush orders to 10-12 days for an extra 10% expedite fee, but only if we have the raw materials in stock. Just let us know your deadline, and we'll check availability.
The buttons come individually packed in foam inserts inside the wooden case, not pre-assembled. Each piece is protected, so you can easily install them on-site without damage.
