Thumb stud deployment is spring-assisted, so there's no flimsy coil to replace after a few hundred cycles like some assisted-openers we've tested, and teh liner lock engages with an audible click roughly 85% of the time out of the box — the other 15% just needs a tiny adjustment on the pivot.
One thing most buyers don't ask but should: the window breaker tip is tempered glass-rated, but if you're trying to break hardened auto glass, you'll probably need two or three solid strikes since the tip geometry is more for single-pane tempered like bus windows. Usually 30 days or so for logo engraving (check lead time on custom orders).
The 125mm closed length fits regulation restrictions in several jurisdictions (not that I'm giving legal advice), and we pack them in white boxes so your branding team can slap stickers or direct ship without unboxing, just don't expect retail-ready presentation form the standard packaing.
